Why are we doing this? 

Sébastien Martin and François Audrin, both renowned chefs and founders of the luxury catering company "La French Touch" based in Tokyo, travels through Japan in search of the most representative products but above all qualitative in each of its regions.

 

They aim to create a bridge between Japanese producers wishing to benefit from a new and exclusive visibility to Japanese customers wishing to discover or find the flagship products of their regions but also to a high-end foreign clientele wishing to discover regional Japanese products via an outstanding and luxurious box gathering the quintessence of Japan.
